The apartment was spacious and overall clean, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast offered was better than expected and our little dog was very welcomed. We had some issues with the heating as the air conditioning wasn’t sufficient, leaving us feeling quite cold during the night.

I stayed for 2 nights in a One-Bedroom Apartment. The room was spacious and clean, with access to a private balcony. The outdoor pool was well-maintained. A pleasant experience 🌞

The AC was dripping water right on the electrical socket which is unsafe.

I loved the cozy vibe and cleanliness of the room. The two swimming pools provided a refreshing escape, especially during the hot afternoons. The staff really stood out. They were always friendly and willing to help. I appreciated the decent location, just a short walk to the beach and nearby markets. There were some issues. Sunbeds filled up fast in the morning, and it was annoying to see them reserved with towels but left unused for hours. The playground could use more equipment for kids, and some of it was showing signs of wear. A bit more attention is needed on timing for service responses. At times, I felt left waiting without updates on requests. The food presentation could improve to better reflect Turkish cuisine standards. While I had a good experience, smaller adjustments could make it even better.

The pools were great-especially the adult ones. The location was super convenient for exploring both Old Town and the nearby markets. Don't miss the excursions offered at the hotel. The jeep safari was really fun! The staff...

Always there when you need them, they helped us with our luggage when we arrived! And the restaurants serve up amazing food, every meal was a hit!

The outdoor pools were refreshing, but beware of the gritty pool surround that can cause cuts. The apartment wassuper clean and cozy, ideal for families. Consider bringing pool shoes for little ones!
